In 2010, North Bethesda Market’s first phase changed the skyline on Rockville Pike when it was completed as the tallest building in Montgomery County.  It became home to 400+ luxury residences with unmatched views and amenities and 225,000 SF of retail and restaurants including the new Whole Foods and LA Fitness.  The second phase offers another 400 sophisticated luxury residences with 120,000 SF of retail and restaurants and 150,000 SF of premier office space.  This project is located on the Wisconsin Avenue-Rockville Pike Corridor.
